The Rovio People Team is a passionate team turning the company strategy into programs and projects focusing on people, organisation, and culture. We drive talent and leadership development, design modern people processes, and provide insightful and effective business HR partnership to Rovio business units. Together with all Rovio people, we are building a mission-driven company and culture that makes us one of the best places to work at.
We are looking for a (mid level) Talent Acquisition Partner who has the ambition to develop TA for the future as a new member of our People Team.
You will work alongside a diverse group of extremely skilled TA professionals who deeply care about the candidate experience and strive to be the best at getting better. You will be involved in recruiting for our sites globally which means that you will interact with Rovians and candidates from across the globe in various crafts and seniorities. In addition to the day-to-day recruiting, you may also take part in developing further our identified TA Focus Areas, such as Employer branding, AI and/or DEI.
The team is currently distributed in three locations: Finland, Spain and Sweden. We are working in a hybrid mode (2 days/week at the office), and hope we'll see you in Keilaniemi.
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates. You will mainly be hiring for Beacon, Transmedia, Marketing, the Central teams (such as legal, strategy, HR), Stockholm studio, and later also to our biggest studio: Puzzle.
- Identify, attract & engage candidates for current and future hiring needs and act as their point of contact while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner effectively with key internal stakeholders including Hiring Managers, TA team members and People team colleagues. In particular, coach hiring managers so they can make the best hiring decisions (e.g. advise on the recruitment process and good practises).
- Chip in to the enhancement of the overall Talent Acquisition team's capabilities and/or TA Focus Areas. We'll be happy to brief you more!
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Experience in e2e recruitment in a relevant industry, such as gaming or tech. However, curiosity and the ability to learn how to hire for a new craft is most important.
- You have an understanding of great practices in recruitment as well as good sourcing skills to find the right people.
- Stakeholder management together with collaboration & communication are your core skills, and you are not afraid to occasionally challenge your counterparts (e.g. People/TA team members, Hiring Managers, Candidates).
- You possess an ability to prioritise, manage your time, as well as stay persistence to handle searches that may take long periods of time.
- You have good problem-solving skills, resilience and drive to navigate through ambiguity, anticipate the unknowns, experiment, follow-through and continue to learn.
- You are analytical, influence stakeholders and drive change in and outside the team.
What you will get here:
- You’ll get to work with a super talented team that knows the ins and outs of TA
- We’re built on independence and responsibility. We understand the way for our people and teams to do their best work is to give them the freedom and independence to truly own their projects
- We create joy, value teamwork, and support wellbeing and overall work life balance
- You will have a chance to excel in the TA craft but constantly learn with and from your teammates
Rovio doesn't provide relocation support for the position.
P.S. We'll soon be opening a fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner position as well.
We are very excited to hear from you!
