Last year, Angry Birds surprised sports fans around the world when it became a sleeve sponsor for the English Premier League’s Everton Football Club. Now Angry Birds is bringing their sports sponsorships stateside in a partnership with six-time NBA champions, the Chicago Bulls. Angry Birds will be sponsoring a new camera that will bring basketball fans up-close and dramatic footage from above the backboard in all Bulls home games.
The new Angry Birds Eye View Cam will take its perch above the United Center’s backboards on Sunday, October 20 when the Bulls face the Pistons in their first home game of the 2018-2019 season. Fans tuning in to the game will be able to see all of the above-the-rim action via their local broadcast.
